Well, he did publish Phantoms before King's IT. Doen't mean it's better, but well, ancient things living underground, likening itself to Legion. I don't believe I have read any of his books since Dragon Tears, in hish school, so im not really one to defend him. For me, it's just cool to read an author who lives and drives the same freeways as yourself, and that's Koontz. I can be having coffee in Newport Beach and read about supernatural occurances in Newport Beach.

there are always going to be popcorn films that have huge holes in them. there are movies out there with much bigger plot holes than Gravity, yet don't garner the scrutiny Gravity gets. watch any Honest Trailer or HISHE video to see what I mean.

I don't know what movie you were watching, but Gravity was *not* about science and technology.

Dumb question, but it's a LOST reference right? "LOLZ!.....she's advanced to some future language!" had me cracking up. Thanks for cluing me onto the "hold on to your butts!" reference; I had no idea what that was all about until I watched a video about cochlear implants and then a video from Jurassic Park that included said "butts" reference.

Maybe they cut something out that would have better explained his decision to crash the plane into the ice. To be honest, I would have prefered the Ultimates version, where he grabs on to a rocket with a nuclear warhead, about to launch, headed for the US, and basically disables it from the inside, and it crashes on the north pole. THAT way, there was really nothing he could have done.


It's probably hard to have a touching goodbye from atop a rocket.

But then, if they didn't let logic interfere with the official ending, I suppose there's no reason they couldn't have made yours work.
