Too easy for this to tip into community shunning and violating the rights of the accused. Innocent until proven guilty. If he never used names, I'd be fine with it. But he uses names apparently. Community shunning did work in the old days -- maybe this will indeed make a difference in the crime rate. I don't like it when one person wearing a badge of authority does it.
