There are a few listed as vimeo and blocked, but I agree it's VERY unusual. I always try to find a vimeo replacement for blocked ones, and so far none of the ones I've found have ever been blocked.

The Vimeo video is not blocked. I don't think I've ever seen a region blocked Vimeo video.
