Whatever those chesticles are, they're on top of his actual pectoral muscles. Check out how the form of the lump doesnt change as he flexes and extends the muscle... I'm not sure how synthol behaves, does it go into muscle tissue or simply between muscle and skin? Either way, it's some kind of foreign body, I'm not willing to discount silicone implants, possibly on the shoulders as well. And what is going on with his trapezoids I don't even want to know.
