Miku Hatsune AKA a vocaloid. She is basically a text-to music computer program very popular in japan. They have many different versions each of which carries a different popstar character which they create for different voices.

The really cool part is almost all the songs she performs are created by her fans who post the songs on niko niko douga (smile smile video).
