From the last 15 or so minutes of Ocean's Twelve, The Night Fox (Vincent Cassell) breaks through museum security in order to steal a priceless Fabergé egg. Regardless of whether you liked the movie or not, this scene is just great. One of the best "get past visible high security laser beams with incredibly improbable movements" scenes ever.
