A music video (if video of studio recording can be called that) for a song by the Japanese band WINO (1995-2002). It was one of their biggest hits and was subsequently used as the second opening in the anime Hunter × Hunter.

I love this song - the singer has a very smooth and haunting voice, and the entire tune has a very floaty feel.
